Black Like Me In The 21st Century
The person in the image is whalen hausch, a neo-nazi racist who was calling Marrett Green a nigger in ’16/ ’17. While residing in an above suite, this tenant deliberately disrupted my peace and quiet, calling me nigger for more than a year.
Incredibly, the property owners/ managers (greg and janice barry) decided to unlawfully evict me instead of dealing with this person committing the hate crime in their building.
After they informed me (greg barry) whalen hausch was calling me a nigger, I made it clear to them (via email) I would be taking up the matter – being called nigger while in my home – if they did not take care of hausch. They were fully aware of this crime, and subsequent threats he made toward me, yet they did nothing to stop this, and instead lied to have me unlawfully evicted with the help of BC lawyers (to be named soon).
Included (below) is a signed eye-witness letter from a third party who happened to be present when I approached whalen hausch directly in front of our apartment building. Serendipitously, hausch was walking out of the building as we were walking in, and it was at this time whalen admitted to this hate crime.
Sometime son after this incident, whalen hausch actually threatened me saying yelling, ‘my boys are coming and we’re gonna take care of you’. I am paraphrasing however it is something to that effect.
I of course called the VPD and reported the threat (hate crime) Case #VA21-41868. The officer attending (Constable Radon) suggested to me that I move. They did not investigate further to ask hausch who are his boys, and what did he mean by ‘taking care of Mr. Green’? Instead, he/ they told me to move from my home as a solution to being called nigger, in my home.
I have submitted these facts in a crime report, including the ‘nigger calling’ witness letter to VPD, and BCHRT, and still awaiting a response.
Interesting to note, it appears (by the last name) the same officer who responded to this hate crime call, and did nothing to / about the person calling me nigger and threatening me, who told me to move from my home as a solution…appears to be the same officer (Constable Radon) who was not able to find me under the Cambie bridge on the seawall, at the time I was a victim of a hit & run accident. Is that not interesting, a Vancouver Constable could not find the Cambie bridge, nor the Vancouver seawall under the Cambie bridge. Case #VA19-115776.
Constable Radon never showed up after accepting my 911 call for help. Racist as well? Who knows? I have to wonder though if it were reversed and I, the Black guy, was threatening the White guy…would he also tell the White guy to move? Or would he arrest me for uttering threats? He didn’t even dispense a curt reprimand to whalen hausch as his attitude and violent behaviour continued.
Are the property managers racists? Of course they are racists, the were fully aware of whalen hausch’s racist motives for deliberately disrupting my Life for more than a year, while he was calling me nigger, yet they not only ignored his racism, they helped him by fabricating false pretences for unlawfully evicting me from my home. And they did so with the help of BC Law Society lawyers who did not bother to substantiate the property managers’ false claims of monies owing before swearing BC court affidavits.
Had they done so, substantiate claims made by property managers, they would have seen there were receipts from the property managers revealing I was not owing any monies. But they didn’t. Why? Had it been a White lawyer (person) accused of delinquency would they have check the claims against them before swearing affidavits?
The lawyers’ names will be included soon, I need to find them again. Of course this needs to be addressed however I’m remarkably currently recovering after being racially profiled, attacked, assaulted, and insulted with false charges by law enforcers in BC. Why? Because I’m a Black man. You will see this clearly once all information is made public, but you wouldn’t think this as the media continues to publish false information (and notice no videos?) in the news, even though there is a publication ban.
